UPDATE AT 12:49 pm: All I-64 east lanes closed temporarily to clean up fuel spill.
HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)– Two right lanes are closed on Interstate 64 east at the I-295 interchange in Short Pump due to a disabled tractor trailer.
That is at mile marker 177. VDOT says expect delays.
