RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Many parents believe that the simple act of getting a new haircut can help improve a child's social and emotional well-being. Thanks to Hair Cuttery's ‘Share a Haircut’, many underprivileged children in the local community will be able to get a haircut for free. Hair Cuttery stylist Starr Nason & 14-year Old Client, Christianna tell us about the 'Share a Haircut' Campaign that goes until Saturday, August 31st .
