RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Crystal Puryear, the former assistant to ex-Richmond Outreach Center (ROC) pastor Geronimo Aguilar, must testify in the case against her old boss.

A Texas judge denied a motion by Puryear's attorneys last week that would have kept her from appearing in court on August 21st. She did not appear then, so Monday's ruling means police could arrest Puryear for missing the hearing should she come to Texas for the next one.

Geronimo Aguilar, also known as Pastor G, faces charges that he sexually assaulted two girls in the 1990s. Aguilar is charged with seven felonies related to allegations he sexually assaulted the sisters 17 years ago in Fort Worth, Texas. Aguilar later moved to Richmond and founded the ROC church.
