Thousands attend 30th annual Carytown Watermelon Festival

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Over 100,000 people were expected for the 30th annual Carytown Watermelon Festival took on Sunday.

This year’s event featured 60 musicians and over 100 exhibitors. (Plus, there were over 3,000 watermelons!)

Additionally, the event featured more activities for the kids, including games and a maze.
