RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - 'Swap Til You Drop' is a fun, free event. You take clothing and accessories you no longer wear, and swap them for new-to-you fashions. Marcy Williams shares more. You can attend 'Swap Til You Drop' on Saturday, July 13th. This free event runs from 3pm to 6pm at the Martins at White Oak, on Laburnum Avenue.
