RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Susan Tekulve lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina  and teaches writing at converse college. Her debut novel, 'In the Garden of Stone',  is a multi-generational tale that begins in 1924 in the mountains of Appalachia. The novel has won the South Carolina First Novel Prize last year. You can meet Susan as she signs copies of her novel Monday, June 17th at 6pm at Fountain Book Store located at 1312 E. Cary Street in Shockoe Slip.
