HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Police charged a truck driver with reckless driving after his big rig got stuck under a bridge near Darbytown and Oakland Roads in eastern Henrico.
Police identified the driver as 55-year-old William Hickman of Tennessee.
The road has since reopened. No injuries were reported.
