RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – From 8 p.m. – 6 a.m. traffic will be reduced to one travel lane in each direction along I-95 between Belvidere & Boulevard. Expect delays in the Richmond area, consider using I-195, I-295, or Rt. 288 to avoid traffic tie-ups.
