NAPLES, Fla. (CNN) – Barbara Walters’ daughter was arrested in Florida on DUI charges. Officers in Naples took Jacquline Danforth, 44, into custody on Sunday.

According to TMZ, police responded to reports of an SUV being driven without headlights. Police reportedly found Danforth and a male passenger heavily intoxicated.

TMZ reports Danforth tussled and shouted at officers when they arrested her. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Danforth was adopted by Walters and then-husband Lee Guber in 1968. The couple divorced in 1976. Walters chronicled her daughter’s troubled childhood and past drug abuse in her autobiography “Audition.”
