RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Use caution Monday along I-95 north between Lombardy St. and Laburnum Ave. from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. as crews will be out continuing work at the Sherwood Ave. and Robin Hood Rd. bridges. Motorists can expect delays. Use I-295, Rt. 288, and the Downtown Expressway to bypass the construction.
