The feds want the owners of Mo' Money taxes out of the tax business for good.

The Department of Justice wants a judge to bar Markey Granberry and Derrick Robinson from running any tax business.

Prosecutors say the pair made it easy for workers to commit tax fraud.

Mo' Money came under fire last year when it many customers' returns were not filed in a timely fashion.

Granberry and Robinson are still doing tax returns under the business names, Marquis Taxes and Southern King Taxes.

You may remember Mo' Money had several branches here in Virginia.
