CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Sixteen child sex-related charges have now been certified to the grand jury in the case of Robert Dodd. Those charges include aggravated sexual assault, forcible sodomy and taking indecent liberties by a custodian.
The grand jury is scheduled to next meet on May 20.
Dodd, 48, appeared in Chesterfield Juvenile Domestic Relations Court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday. He was again denied bond. Two juvenile females and two adult men testified at the hearing.
Police arrested Dodd earlier this year after investigators said he took advantage of minors at his Wycliff Road home. Dodd's alleged victims told police they would drink at Dodd's home, pass out and then wake up in his bed.
