RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — According to Richmond Police, a 20-year-old man was shot in the leg on the 700 block of Stockton St. around one a.m.
They say he was taken in a private vehicle to VCU Medical Center where police were waiting. CBS 6 News is still waiting to find out from police, the condition of the victim and whether or not they are still looking for suspects.
However, police did say bullets smashed through several windows at the Tobacco Factory apartments.
