CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A Chesterfield man was charged with six counts of arson after police said he set fire to piles of paper outside a county business.

William P. Morrissette IV, of the 1800 Block of Irondale Drive, North Chesterfield, is accused of setting those fires — on multiple occasions — outside Tactics Branding on Allecingie Parkway.

Investigators said the first fire happened on Feb. 14. There have been six total incidents, police said.
