CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes have reopened after a multi-vehicle crash closed Interstate 95 north in Chesterfield Thursday morning. The crash scene was around the Willis Road exit (mile marker 64) and backed up traffic beyond the ramp to Route 288 (mile marker 62).

Virginia State Police spokesman Thomas Molnar said troopers were called to the accident around 7:00 a.m. He said interstate lanes were closed for about 15 minutes.
One hour after the accident, traffic was still backed up for three miles, according to VDOT.
Molnar said there were injuries reported with this crash, however no more details have been released.
