UPDATE: All lanes are now open.
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - An accident has closed the left and center lanes on I-95 south in downtown Richmond. VDOT reported the accident is near mile marker 78 -- near the Boulevard exit.
The Nickel Bridge has reopened.
