HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The left lane of the I-95 south ramp to I-295 south was closed through the morning rush hour, according to Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Thomas Molnar.
Molnar said a tractor trailer driven by 37-year-old Juan Betancourt, of Miami, Florida, ran into a guardrail and spilled fuel.
The clean-up extended through the morning rush hour. The crash remains under investigation, Molnar said.
The truck driver was not injured in the accident which happened around 2:45 Thursday morning. The trailer of the truck is loaded with 76,000 pounds of plastic, Molnar said.
