ACCOMACK, VA. (WTVR) - After one volunteer fire company has battled more than 70 arsons since November in Accomack County, their fellow brothers are trying to help them out.

The Ocean Park Rescue Squad has started a drive to help the Eastern Shore firefighters pay for supplies for the fire station, and the cost of gas to get to the fires that have been set almost nightly.

The Eastern Shore firefighters have also had help come in from other departments.

A reward is also being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the arsonist or group of arsonists.
