VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WTKR) -- Court documents are offering new details about the former Virginia Beach school security guard accused of plotting to kill her husband with her 15-year-old lover.

WTKR's  Jessica Larche reports Patience Perez, and the 15-year-old student she’s accused of sleeping with, admitted to having “sex and drugs.”

Records also say Perez and the boy had “discussions about killing her husband” in  “Facebook messages.”

The notes are written on Perez’s bail determination sheet in Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Virginia Beach authorities say Perez met the boy while working as a school security guard assistant at Renaissance Academy in Virginia Beach.

The bail sheet also said that Perez was “terminated due to having sex with 15-year-old student and smoking marijuana with him.”

More notes on the sheet said “both admit to sex and drugs” and “numerous sexual encounters in Virginia Beach and Norfolk."

Police arrested her last week on sex crimes charges and said the sex crimes happened off school grounds.

Norfolk police arrested her this week for sex crimes and capital solicitation and conspiracy to murder her husband, who is a Navy sailor.

Court records say Perez wanted her husband dead, and Norfolk cops say she worked with her 15-year-old lover to do it.

Norfolk police say Perez brought the boy to her home in Ocean View for sexual encounters several times in February.

Cops also say Perez and the boy were sexting by exchanging pornographic images over their cell phones.
