RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - March 21-24, 2013, the French Film Festival comes to town and you have the chance to screen French films of all genres. French Film Festival Directors and Founders, Dr. Peter Kirkpatrick and Dr. Francois Ravaux-Kirkpatrick share the details of the festival which starts Thursday, March 21 and continues through Sunday, March 24 at the Historic Byrd Theatre.
