PRAGUE, Czech Republic (WTVR) – The trial of Richmond rock star Randy Blythe is slated to resume Monday in the Czech Republic.

The 41-year old Lamb of God frontman is on trial for manslaughter after he was accused of pushing a fan off the stage during a 2010 concert in Prague. The fan, 19-year-old Daniel Nosek, later died of head injuries.

The trial was delayed in February after one of the defense's key witnesses got sick.

If found guilty, Blythe could face up to 10 years in prison. The victim's family are also seeking 10 million Kč ($530,000) in damages.
