VCU Rams fans camped out for Butler game

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR0--Are you ready for some basketball? These locals are.

By Thursday night these VCU Rams fans have already claimed their spot in line for seats to a game that doesn’t even start until Saturday.

The Rams face-off against the Butler Bulldogs, the familiar rivals that beat them in the 2011 Final Four.

This group says they've gotten a lot of support from the team, and have even dubbed their camp "Shaka-ville" in honor of Coach Shaka Smart.

Non-student tickets for Saturday’s big game sold out 10 minutes after they went on sale in October.

We checked online tonight, you can’t find a ticket cheaper than $100.

The game tips off at noon Saturday and will be broadcast on ESPN>
