(KTVI) – The self-described “Louis Vuitton Don” is making headlines again. Rapper Kanye West took aim at several people in the music industry during an on-stage performance in London last Saturday.
West’s tone throughout stayed consistent as he displayed his dissatisfaction for the music industry and its intersection with corporations. In a YouTube video of the rant explained to the London crowd that he “hated” business people.
He began to mock the authenticity of other artists too. Among those included on West’s hit list was Taylor Swift, who he famously interrupted at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. West also mocked that Swift beat Beyonce at the Grammys.
West also sang his disapproval of the announcement of Justin Timeberlake and Jay-Z’s “Suit & Tie” tour which will begin later this year. “I got love for Hov, but I ain’t f—in’ with that ‘Suit & Tie.’”
West’s disturbing rant lasted nearly 11 minutes. In addition to his industry disses, he spoke briefly on his mother passing since his career has taken flight.
