RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)- Richmond police are looking for three suspects accused of robbing Mari’s Minut-Mart in Churchill.

Detective, John Grazioso tells CBS 6, the robbery occurred shortly after noon Friday. He says the suspect demanded money from the store owner without showing a weapon.

Mari Fife, the owner, tells CBS 6’s Lorenzo Hall, she thought the robbery was a joke. “He says, I'm not trying to cause a scene or anything, but, you're being robbed. I said what? I'm being robbed? He says yes, give me your drawer. Give me everything,” explains Fife.

Fife says her friend’s store was also robbed twice a few weeks ago.

Detective Grazioso says, these incidents keep store owners away from the city.
