RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- This morning at about 4 a.m., Richmond Firefighters responded to a call of a strong gas smell along the 5500 block of Forest Hill Ave., between Westover Hills and Dorchester. Currently, only the westbound, right hand lane is shut down while crews continue to work.
