RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)—Police are searching for a suspect after a shooting off Hull Street.
A chase led police to the 800 block of Newkirk, blocks away from where a victim was shot in the hand.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
At 11:00 p.m., Tuesday, police did not have the suspect.
