RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)—An attempted abduction in Church Hill has the neighbors unsettled and police searching.
A police reports states that the attempted abduction happened around 6 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Two girls reported that a stranger attempted to grab them, in the 2800 block of P Street.
