HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Virginia State Police are on scene after a truck overturned Friday morning on 895 in eastern Henrico County.
State Police said the driver was traveling under the speed limit when he hit a patch of ice.
The driver was not seriously hurt.
