PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) — Police in Petersburg are trying to find a man who has been using a stolen credit card around the Tri-Cities.
Police released a photo of the suspect Thursday.
The man is described as a husky-built black male with a small mustache. He was last seen wearing stud earrings, a black baseball cap with a while emblem in front, black goose-down winter coat over a green top and dark oval shaped sunglasses.
