CLEVELAND, Ohio–A bizarre accident at a Cleveland, Ohio strip club left a dancer with “major head trauma” after she fell 15 feet.
Fox 8 reports the fall happened early Wednesday morning at Christie’s Cabaret.
A witness told Cleveland police he was getting a lap dance from a woman on the second floor, which has a balcony, when the woman did a complicated move that accidentally sent her over the railing.
The 22-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
“It’s mind boggling, honestly. You hear about girls falling off the pole because they didn’t grab hard enough. Like, those are just common things. But not over a railing,” Ashley Roach, who used to work with the stripper at the Tilted Kilt, said.
Police said there is no further investigation on their side, because it appears to have been a horrible accident.
