RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Season three of “Downton Abbey” premieres Sunday, Jan. 6 on PBS.
But Richmonders will get an opportunity to see the first hour of the highly-anticipated show for FREE on the big screen on Thursday, Jan. 3.
Community Idea Stations will host a special screening of the first episode at the Byrd Theatre with entertainment and a chance to win a “Downton Abbey” gift basket.
Fans are encouraged to wear hats, gloves and other period dress. The doors will open at 6:30 with the one hour presentation starting at 7:15 p.m.
