RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Crews will be on scene along Midlothian Turnpike east and west between Chippenham and Belt Boulevard today. Expect intermittent lane closures and shifts in the traffic pattern due to paving, pipe installation and median construction. Eastbound will have 1-2 lanes closed between 6am and 10am, while westbound lanes will have 1-2 lanes closed from 3pm - 7pm.
Avoid the area if possible.
