RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - A man is charged with DUI following an accident with a GRTC bus. Richmond Police said the driver, a 26-year-old man, crashed into the bus at 17th and Broad Streets shortly after midnight Monday morning.
No one was injured in the crash. Police did not release the driver's name because the offense was a misdemeanor charge.
