DINWIDDIE, Va. (WTVR)—There have been two separate incidents at Dinwiddie Schools today; one involved a fight and a separate incident involved a med-flight situation.

School superintendent Dr. David Clark said that three students were involved in a fight at Dinwiddie High School. Two students were transported to the hospital and now face suspension. At this time the motive is unknown.

Then, in a separate incident, a student who had stroke symptoms had to be med-flighted from Dinwiddie Middle School.

That led to a a medical lock-down at the school while the student was transported.

Several viewers have contacted the news station with concerns that there was a riot, but according to sources, that did not happen.

According to viewers students were delayed arriving home from school because of the closure.

CBS 6 has hit the road to investigate further in Dinwiddie and will have updates on this developing situation throughout the evening news.
