CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Chesterfield police are investigating a homicide after a 36-year-old man was found shot Thursday night.
Police said it happened at the 2800 block of Ennismore Court around 11:30 p.m.
"I was like 'Great God,'" neighbor Curtis Crumpton exclaimed after hearing about the shooting.
When officials arrived, they found Joshua Coomer, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
"It makes me feel devastated that there was a murder or anything like that--or an attempted murder or anything on Ennismore Court," Crumpton said. "We want justice brought around."
