RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Soon, Virginia drivers will be able to hear more about and comment on Governor Bob McDonnell’s proposal to put tolls on Interstate 95.
VDOT is holding three public information meetings in December about the plan, that if passed, would create a $4.00 toll for cars and $12.00 toll for trucks passing through Sussex County.
