MILWAUKEE — A spectacle in Milwaukee was caught on video when a passerby noticed a tussle that pitted cop against clown.
According to WISN, police had received complaints that the man dressed as a clown, who is a local activist, had been chasing cars with a squirt gun.
Police said the man resisted arrest, which led to the brawl.
