GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - The Goochland Bulldogs got a slow start to their first round playoff game against Windsor, but found their groove in the second half and cruised to a 55-7 win at home.
David Dyer ran for 131 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the Bulldogs scored 48 unanswered points after the Dukes tied the game at 7 in the second quarter.
Quarterback Reid Chenault threw for 2 scores as the Bulldogs took their first step towards getting back to the Division 2 title game where they lost to Gretna a year ago. They improve to 9-2 while Windsor's season ends at 3-8.
