CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Manchester spoiled Midlothian's chance of making the playoffs for the first time since 1986 with a 56-43 win and extended their winning streak over the Trojans to 12.

The Trojans had chances to make the postseason in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2011 but lost out on tiebreakers.  This season, it was Lancers' offense that ended Midlothian's dreams of reaching the playoffs.  

Manchester had 503 yards of total offense, 325 came from quarterback Brandon Allen, who also tossed five touchdowns in the win.

Manchester finished the season 7-3 overall, 6-2 in the Dominion.  Midlothian ended the 2012 season 6-4, 5-3 in the Dominion
