RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Virginia Commonwealth University students had a very raucous reaction to the announcement that President Obama had won his re-election bid last night.
Students fled their dorms and made their way out onto Broad Street to celebrate, many of them storming in and around the University’s Cabell Library.
At this time we haven’t confirmed or been made aware of any reports of damage, injury or arrest.
