STAFFORD, Va. (WTVR) – There are new details about the man accused of throwing pipe bombs at homes in Stafford and Fredericksburg.
Federal investigators saw Laurence Stewart II kept an angry blog, in which he said he was disgusted by the legal system and was willing to commit crimes.
ATF agents say they were told about the postings before Stewart was arrested in Montana on Thursday, after leading police on a brief chase.
Stewart still has to appear in court in Montana before be can be brought back to Virginia to face charges, which include charges of domestic terrorism and attempted capital murder.
Stewart is accused of throwing pipe bombs at the homes of a police officer and ex-girlfriend and the former home of another detective.
