First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Virginia, on Friday, Nov. 2, with plans to speak to supporters in Hampton and Petersburg.
The First Lady will speak about what’s at stake in this election for Virginians and ask them to help organize their communities and get out the vote between now and Election Day.
These events are free and open to the public, but require tickets acquired in advance.
Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for the Hampton event, and it is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m., at the Hampton University – Holland Hall, located at 160 Marshall Avenue.
Doors open for the Petersburg event at 3 p.m., and Michelle Obama will speak at 5:25 p.m., at Virginia State University, located at 3200 Boisseau Street.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations starting on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. and will continue if tickets are still available from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1.
