Study: Exercise may improve your memory

Researchers measured brain shrinkage among 700 people in their early 70s. Those who engaged in mental activity showed little change. But people who were more physically active had significantly less brain deterioration.

And the more you exercise, the better the benefits.

Brain deterioration can eventually lead to dementia, including Alzheimers.

Currently, only about 17% of people over the age of 75 get regular exercise.
