CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A 44-year-old man has been charged in connection with a deadly crash on Courthouse Road last Sunday.
Police charged Reynaldo H. Solano, of the 2300 block of Courthouse Road in Chesterfield, with reckless driving.
Witnesses told police that Solano ran a red light and hit a car being driven by 26-year-old Stephen Doane, who died at the scene.
Solano is scheduled to appear in Chesterfield General District Court on Dec. 27.
