Virginia Tech tells campaigns to stop using ‘Hokie’

BLACKSBURG, Va. (WDBJ7.com) – Campaign workers in Blacksburg got a lesson in not fooling with the Hokie trademark. Virginia Tech wants one party to stop using the word “Hokies” on bumper stickers.

If you listen to Virginia Tech, when political parties use the word ‘Hokies’ in their campaign material, that’s going too far.
