CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR)–The State Fair of Virginia begins Friday.
Many people are especially eager for this year’s event, because it almost didn’t happen.
The event is under new management, but the show will go on; in fact there are several new things that fairgoers can expect.
The fair runs Sept. 29 through Oct. 7, in Doswell at the Meadow.
