FULADSHAHR, Iran (WTVR) - Police in Iran are investigating an explosive situation that occurred during a Wednesday soccer match between Iran's Sepahan and Saudi Arabia's Al-Ahli.
During the game, someone threw an object onto the field. A player picked up the object and tossed it off to the side. Moments later the object exploded.
Players from both sides left the field while police investigated. After a delay, play resumed. No one was seriously hurt.
