Richmond Police seek info in case of injured bicyclist

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)—Richmond Police are asking the public for information in the case of an injured bicyclist.

Police said that on Saturday night, at approximately 11:30 p.m., they were called to the 1800 block of Chamberlayne Parkway, to help a male bicyclist who was injured and unconscious on the sidewalk next to his bicycle.

The male, in his early 20’s, was transported to VCU Medical Center.
 
Police said that there was damage to the victim’s bicycle, that may have been the result of a collision with an automobile.
