RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – This weekend you may have to worry about closures on the Huguenot Bridge. Luckily, they’ll only be during the evening. Crews could stop traffic for up to 45 minutes on either side between 11pm and 5am. They will be working to build the second span of the new bridge.
