HONOLULU (WTVR) – A woman in Hawaii just missed a world-record catch when she recently caught a massive fish during a tournament.

Raw video shows 28-year-old Molly Palmer pull in a 12-foot, 1,000 lb marlin on Aug. 18 as part of the Big Island Invitational Marlin Tournament.

However, she won’t get credit for the record catch because she wound up needing help getting the fish on her boat.
